At the beginning of 2012, Euro-BioImaging will conduct a series of proof-of-concept studies providing free access for users to obtain a representative picture of European user needs. Open access models to all innovative imaging technologies will be tested at more than 58 imaging facilities in 16 countries during January – July 2012. The call for users is open now until November 15th, 2011 (http://www.eurobioimaging.eu/). The enthusiastic response of many sites to open their doors and offer free access as an in kind contribution to Euro-BioImaging highlights again the broad interest in this project.

The Meeting provides the excellent opportunity to reflect on the described activities and for strengthening Euro-BioImaging key missions: to foster the cooperation and networking between all stakeholders at the national and European level.

Please find more details and the online registration form for the Meeting at: http://www.eurobioimaging.eu/
