The call for tender of the HAPPI project is open until 30th November 2014.

Businesses of any size worldwide can participate in this tender.

A Helpdesk in English and Italian has been created to support bidders with the application process, especially small and medium enterprises. The helpdesk provides information on how to create an account and download the HAPPI tender documents, how to ask a question on the FAQ page and how to read the answers, as well as how to upload an offer on the platform.
